The president of the Egyptian Society at Oxford indignantly denies the existence of a plot ( against Lord Kitchener, British Agent in Egypt. [The Daily Express stated that the Foreign Office had been warned of a plot to assassinate Lord Kitchener, who is at present taking a holiday in England, and that detectives were endeavouring to trace an Egyptian Oxford undergraduate, a close adherent of Farid Bey, the Egyptian Nationalist leader.
