SENIOR CADETS

NO. 31 COMPANY'S "SOCIAL." After the weekly parade of No. 31. Company .Senior Cadets on Monday, the company marched from the Drill Hall to Godber's Rooms, Cuba-street, where they were the guests of the officers of the company (Captain Frandi and lieutenants Nimmo and Ruck) at a social evening. The Cadets paraded in full force, and Captain Frandi, officer commanding the corps, occupied the chair. The following toasts were honoured : " His Majesty the King," "The Senior Cadet Scheme," " The instructional Staff," " The Officer Commanding the Company," and '"Kindred Companies." A very pleasant evening's entertainment was contributed to by the following : Captain Frandi, lieutenant Hugo, Cadets Howard, Williams, Yon Keisenberg, Morrison, and Jenkins, while Sergeant Thomson and I Cadet yon Keisenberg played the ac- • companiments. 1 Occasion was taken to make a pre- ' sentation to Captain Frandi, Colour* 1 Sergeant Petrie (on behalf of, the winning ' team in the Easter Cadet Tournament) asking his acceptance of a photographic ! enlargement group of the members of . the team.
