David Le Comte, £2 2s costs 10s'; Wellington Plumbers and Gasfitters' Union v. Robert Ross, £2. costs ss. David M. Owens was ordered to pay R. Martin, Ltd., £19 3a 7d before 2nd September, in default fourteen days' imprisonment; John R. Welsby to pay Thomas Ward £20 6s 6d before 2nd September, in default fourteen days; Te Heu Heu Tukino to pay Henry Fortune £6 8s 2d before 9tu September, or go to gaol for , seven days; R. Walkman was ordered to pay Hermann Hermann £5 11s in monthly instalments of 10s; George Bevan was ordered to pay C M. Banks £3 13s 6d before September, in default three days' imprisonment. J. J. M'Grath, solicitor, sued T. Clarkson, late manager of the Gisborne Times Company, for £1 lls 6d, -$ov pro1 fessional services rendered. Judgment was given fpr plaintiff for amount claimed. Mr. Fitzgibbon appeared for plaintiff, and Mr. Newman for defendant.
