EASTER CARNIVAL
Matters in connection with the Easter Carnival are well in hand. The eleven sub-committeea who nre arranging the multifarious details are working nard, and the result bids fair to exceed the sanguine expectations of the promoters. In connection with the carnival, an art union, with prizes aggregating £100, ia being held, by permission of the Minister for Internal Affairs, and up to the present upwards of 20,000 tickets are in circulation. Full details concerning the carnival, Avhich \s to be held on Easter Saturday and Monday, will be notified at au early date.
