Messrs. J. H. Bethune, and Co. will sell, on Wednesday next, at 2.30 p.mf., at their rooms, business premises, No. 200, Cuba-street, near < Ingestre-street. The section is known as "No. 50, Hobsonstreet. _ On Thursday, at 2 p.m., the firm will sell in their auction rooms household furniture removed from Khandallah for the convenience of gale. The furniture will be on view on tiie morning of the sale. An amended selection of properties for sale by private treaty, or to be let, in Wellington or suburbs, is also inserted. Messrs. Thomson and Brown will sell on Wednesday, at their auctions rooms, at 2.30 p.m., town* acre 1039, having a frontage of 165 ft to Brittomart-etreet by a depth of 264 ft, together -with tho nineroomed residence erected thereon. On Wednesday, 12th March, the_ firm will sell a ten-roomed residence in Vogelstreet. Messrs. Townsend and Paul, Ltd., advertise the sale by auction of the. contents of two cottages.
