MISCONCEPTION THAT EXISTS ADMIRALTY BLAMED. By Telegraph.— Frets Association.— Copyright. LONDON, 26th' February. The Australian correspondent of the Morning Post holds the Admiralty responsible for arty misconceptions that exist concerning the Australian navy. He states that it is known that the Admiralty prepared a proclamation defining Australia's status in 1911, but its publication was withheld. The Australian correspondent points out that a White Paper dealing with the 1911 conference states that the proclamation strictly limits the Australian navy's spheres, excluding the Pacific. Mr. Bennett, the member for Calgary, during the nayal debate, said that the problem of patriotism remained to be dealt with throughout Western Canada.
