KARORI MATTERS
MEETING OF THE BOROUGH COUNCIL.
The fortnightly meeting of the Karori Borough Council was held last evening. There were present :— The Mayor (Mr. C. Cathie), Councillors B. G. tl. Burn, E. M. Anderson, W. H. Nimmo, J. T. Horn. A. Hamilton, E. J. Standcn, W. T. IlUdreth. and W. G. Brotlnock. The Karori Athletic Club was granted permission to use the Recreation Ground on the evenings of sth, 12th, 15th, and 19th March. _ _ It was decided that the city authorities be approached to ascertain if tile 7 o'clock car from Karori in the mornings could not be run via Aitken-strcet, for tho convenience of passengers who wish to catch Uah-,3 kaviug Lambton Station.
