JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. Frederick J. Brattle was ordered to pay W. Young and J. S. Elliott £5 3s 6d by 11th March ; F. Anibridge to pay Sutherland and Rankine £5 10s 6d by 11th March; Harold Mullins to pay Sutherland . and Rankine £2 15s 6d by 11th March; George Fernandos to pay the Colonial Carrying Company £1 Is 3d by 11th March; and A. Bfickell to pay Gamble and Son £6 6s by 11th March. POSSESSION OF PREMISES. Ellen Hand sued George Berkley Huxford and Olive Ellen Huxford for possession of certain premises, and claimed £1 12 a as. rent due. His Worship gave judgment foi the money claimed, and ordered that plaintiff should be given possession. DEFENDED ACTIONS. The Wellington Traders' Agency proceeded against J. G. W. Dalrympie. accountant, to recover £13 17s 6d. allegedly duo for dentistry work done by A. Hoby and Son for the daughter of defendant. Mr. H. E. Anderson appeared for plaintiff and Mr. A. Fair for the defendant. After a partial hearing tho case was adjourned. Judgment was given for plaintiff by Dr. M 'Arthur in the case of Charles I>. Parata. estato agent, v. H. M. Hailes. settler, Kaikoura, a claim for £7 for work dons as an agent in the Native Land 'Court. Mr. 0. Deevc appeared fur plaintiff and Mr. T. N. Ilolmden for Iho defendant. Costs (£2 Is) \\uro allowed plaintiff.
