SITTINGS IN DUNEDIN, (BY TELEGRAPH— PBESS ASSOCIATION.) DTJNBDIN, This Day. I Before the Dominions' Commission this morning, Mr. Blair Maeon, Engineer to the Harbour Board, gave evidence as to the atate of Otago Harbour, and Mr. Henton ami others, lep'resenting the Chamber of Commerce, in regard to shipping aubsidies. Mr. Mark Cohen, editor of tha Star, said he was strongly in support of nu All-Red cable, allowing cocta meefiageo in all sections of cable telegraphy, ' nnd an all-round redaction of rates. This afternoon the Commission inspected the Moegiel Woollen Works and farms in tfee Taieri district.
