The Daily Telegraph's Constantinople correspondent reports that there is an Arab movement in Asia Minor In the direction of autonomy, with representation in the Ottoman Ministry. The- main points of the claims ares Recognition of Arabic as the official language, with Turkish as a medium of Communication with Stamboul; a local Sigh Court of Appeal; regional military service in peace time; the Customs, Post Office, and military to be federally con; trolled j other revenues to be locally controlled.
