EXTRA EDITION LATE SPORTING
TRAINING AT WANGANUI. (BY TELEOEAI'H— PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WANGANUI, This Day. Cheddar, Jason, Ventura, Potoa, Doniino, and Gladiob arrived on Saturday night. Heavy showers were experienced yesterday and early this morning. The tracks should be splendid on Thursday. Cheddar galloped a mile and a quarter fast, moving nicely. Ventura went five furlongs freely, and Jason four furlongs most attractively. Domino, Potoa ( Oladiolo, Autumnus, Masterpiece, Phroso, and a number of others did useful v.ork. iilatlow has been scratched for all engagements at the Wangnnui J.C. Meeting. Bronze and Lockwood arrived this morning.
