According to cable advice received at the local office of the Huddart-Parker Company, the Ullmai'Oa— this week's direct passenger boat from Sydney— sailed from the New South Wales port shortly before 1 o'clock on Saturday nfternoon. The vessel Mas on board 162 passenger for New Zealanu ports, and Is due to arrive ■In port early on Wednesday morning. INDRABARAH COMING FROM liONDON. Messrs. Bannatyne nnd Company have received advice to the effect that the Tyser steamer Indrabarah left on the 13th ins». for Wellington, via Melbourne, Sydney. Auckland, and Napier. She is due here about the 18th April. • TOKOMARU, FROM ST. JOHN. On Sunday, the 18th lust., the Shaw-Satlll -.steamer Tokomaru, running under the auspices of the New Zealand Shipping Company, arrived at Melbourne from St. John. The vessel should now be discharging at Sydney, and is expected to leave the New South Wales port for New Zealand towards the end of this week. The Tokomaru is dua.here, after calling at Auckland, about the 7th March. She will complete discharge at Lyttelton and Dunedin. THE TUG STERLING. The tug Sterling, which cleared Kaipara. Headd last Monday for Sydney, reached her destination >estcrday after a very creditable passage. The Sterling was the property of the Kaipura Steamship Company, now in laquidation, and has been sold to Mr. Andrew Dalton, of Sydney. Captain Steubec hud charge of the vessel on the run across the Tasrnail, while Mr Campbell was mate, and Mr, Schmidt in charge of the enginerooui. Due at Dunedin to-day from Lyttelton, tiie Walruna will complete discharge ot her Newcastle coal there before returning to the New South Wales port to load for Wellington. The coastal steamer Kahu was placed on the Patent Slip this morning for cleaning and Is fixed to sail to-morrow evening for I'icton, to load chart' for the East Const. The Waihora left Newcastle on Thursday last for Java and Calcutta. She is dfle at the latter port to load for New Zealand about the end of next month. Bad weather has detained the Wakatu at Lyttelton. The vessel has on board a quantity of cargo for Stoneyhurst, but will probably come direct to Wellington unless the conditions improve. En route from Wellington to London the Waknnui, which left this port on the 26th January last, arrived at Monte Video last Wednesday. It is probable that the Kaitoa will return from Mangarakau to-morrow. in that case, she will sail for Nelson and the West Coast on Wednesday. This week's direct boat from Wellington to Sydney will be the Warrimoo. The vessel has advised by \\ireles3 that she expected to arrive at the Blulf, from Melbourne, at 4 o'clock this afternoon. The Westmeath is to leave Dunedin this evening for Wanganui, where she will load for the Homeward journey. The vessel is expected here for the same purpose next Friday, and will sail for Waitara later. Sailing from Wellington late to-morrow night fo rWestport, tile Koromiko will load for this porgt. The Kamoiia, which left on Saturday afternoon for Westport, will also load for Wellington, and is duo here on Wednesday.
