The Times, in an appreciative obituary notice of the late Mr. Arthur Lloyd Windsor, who was for many years editor ol the Melbourne Age, says his name will be always associated with Australian schemes of social reform and humanitarian legislation. RAILWAY CARS ON FIRE. • BRISBANE, 24th January. A fire at Wallangarra destroyed four railway passenger carriages, including an old vice-regal and parlour car. The damage is estimated at £12,000.
