m On Saturday afternoon the Port Nicholson Yacht Club got off raoos for first and second-class boats. A hard nor'-wester prevailed. The first-olass race was Won by tho Auckland-built Matangi, recently brought to Wellington by Mr. H. E. White, of Oriental Bay. She was allowed a start of 6min. Lizzio (Mr. C. J.
