TECHNICAL SCHOOL

STUDENTS' WORK DISPLAY, The display of work done by students At the Technical School during the pasfi year is at present on exhibition to tho public, and will remain so until and including Saturday next. The art school would appear to be in a very flourishing condition judging from the variety and t^uaUiy of the work shown. This conguts in part of modelling in clay and wood-carving, in whieli some of the students have conventionalised the native flora and fauna in their designs with excellent effect.
