CLAUSES 10 AND 11, By Teleer*pli.— Pr«i Awoektton,— Copyrlgnt. LONDON, 6th November. The Home Rule Bill was further considered in committee of the House of Commons. On Clause 10, dealing with money I Bills, the closure was applied, and twenty-four amendments were guillotined. 1 Clause 11, covering procedure to be adopted by, joint sittings in tho event of disagreements between the two Irish Houses, was carried^ after the acceptance of an amendment to confine its operation to public Bills. DUTIES WHICH MAY BE TRANSFERRED. LONDON, 6th November. Questioned on clause 40 — defining duties which the Imperial Parliament may transfer to the Irish Parliament — Mr. L. S. Amery (Unionist) elicited the fact that the clause waß wide enough to enable a sympathetic Government to transfer both* reserved and prohibited services. ___________ t
