The Balkan situation exhibits increasing tension, and Sir Edward Grey, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, and M. Sazonoff, Russian Foreign Minister, who have been conferring in London, have issued a strongly-worded warning to Bulgaria against the adoption of a bellicose attitude by that country.
