PANIC IN A SYNAGOGUE
FOUR PERSONS CRUSHED TO DEATH. By Telegraph.— Preen Aesoclation.— Copyright. (Received September 23, 2.30 p.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, 22nd Sept. • A panic took place at the Synagogue at Terespol, Poland. A lighted lamp wae overturned, and tho flaming oil spread to tho women's section, which were crowded with worshippers. Four were crushed to death and twenty-three injured.
