THE WEATHER
The weather has been in dull mood for days past. Thia morning brought no change, a heavy sky, with showers at intervals, being Wellington's lot. Afternoon savr a slight change; patches of blue sky through the rifts, through which the sun shone, but not generously. Cold and showery weather is probable, but there are indications of an improvement. A very cold night is to be expected generally, with frosts inland.
