ANNOUNCEMENT BY THE PRIME MINISTER. ATHENS, 21st September. Tho newspapers welcome an announcement by the Premier that Greece is able to mobilise 130,000 troops at once, and to raise, at an early date, 170,000 men equipped for a long campaign.
