SUBSIDY OF £171,000. By Telegraph.— Pre*e Association.— Copyright. LONDON, 19th September. Router reports that the South African mail contract provides for a subsidy of £171,000 for a voyage of 16 days 15 hours from England to the Cape, reducible to 16 days by payment of an additional £19,000. t The Admiralty is to be at liberty to hire or purchase* jbhe fleet.
