FIRE IN THE THOUSAND ISLANDS
NOTED TOURIST RESORT DESTROYED. TWO HUNDBED~iOUSES BURNT. By Telegraph.— Frees Association — Copyright. (Received July 11, 8.40, a.m.) OTTAWA, 10th July. A fire destroyed a township in the Thousand Islands district, on the St. Lawrence River, as well as a noted tourist resort. Two hundred houses, including several hotels, were burned. There was no loss of life.
