MELBOURNE ARGUS FINED FOR UNSIGNED ARTICLE. By Telejraph.— Press 'Association.— Copyright. MELBOURNE, 27th June. Six members, of tho Argus proprietary were to-day fined 20s each, with six guineas costs, on a charge of publishing an unsigned article commenting on the Werriwa election candidates, in contravention of the new Federal Electoral Act. Thie is the first caee of the kind heard. Defendants will appeal , to th« High Court.
