ALLEGED INFRINGEMENT MARCONI CO. v. THE COMMONWEALTH AFFIDAVIT FILED. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copjrijht (Eeoeived June 26, 11 a.m.) MELBOURNE, This Day. In connection with the Marconi Wireless Company's action against the Commonwealth Government, for alleged infrinemenfc of patents, an affidavit has been made on behalf of the Commonwealth to the effect that opposition to allowing an inspection of the Federal wireless stations is not based on the pecuniary or commercial interests of the Postal Department, but solely in the interests of the public welfare and of naval and military defence. The Commonwealth intends to patent its process.
