SANE MILKING MACHINES

(Inserted by Arrangement.) One of the most attractive features of the dairy show ie an exhibition of Gane Milking Machines, made in. premises near the Working Men's Club, Cuba-etreet. Thirty-four Gane plants have been installed in tho Manawatu since February. Extra interest is added to this machine at the present time owing to the fact that the starter u«sad to make- the Awahuri factory butter, which was accorded first prize in number two class at the present chow, was taken from milk supplied by a Cheltenham supplier who hns used the Gane milker for the past two years. " J. Tobeck, a user of the machines, states that he started the machines on the 2nd March. Fcr thie last week in. February the ! butter fat worked out at £19 10f>. Two w^ieks after the machines had been in use the amount went up to £20 Bb.
