KARORI BOROUGH COUNCIL
The business transacted by the Karon Borough Council at its open meeting yesterday evening was of a routine character. An application by resident* of Chißenhall-street for street lamps was leferred to the Lighting Committee. The council then went into committee to consider the estimates of expenditure for the ensuing year. The meeting was attended by the Mayor (Mr. C. Cathie), Councillors Bradnoek, Frost. S>tauden. Hamilton, Nimrno, Anderson, Burn, and Hildreth.
