President Taft asserted that Mr. Roosevelt prevented the prosecution of the Harvester Trust after a director of the trust, who was a Roosevelt supporter, pleaded with him not to take action. This, Mr. Taft said, showed the exPresident's inconsistency. [The United States Government has commenced a suit for tho dissolution of the Harvester Trust.]
