NO AGREEMENT ARRIVED AT

GROCERS' DISPUTE. The disp.uto filed by the Wellington Grocers' Union came before the Conciliation Council this morning. Mr. P. Hally, Conciliation Commissioner, presided, and tho assessors wore — For the employers: Messrs. W. Csmpbell, H. Wardell, and R. A. Scott. For the employeos: Messrs. T. Stevenson, L. WilHam Eon, and P. W. Chinney. Mr. W. E. Gronfoll was agont for tho employers, and Mr. E. J. Carey, secretary of the union, acted in a similar capacity for the employees. Tho whole of the clauses of the demands wore filed, but no agreement was come to and the dispute will now be referred to the Arbitration Court.
