BROTHER CHARGED WITH MURDER.
MELBOURNE, 23rd April. Frederick John Parker, brother of William Hughes Parker, who was fatally stabbed at Fitzroy on the night of Bth April, wae to>day charged with wilful murder and committed for trial. [Frederick Parker made' a statement to the police after his arrest, in which he said that he and hie brother had been drinking, and fought in the (street, but for what causo he could not remember. Ho denied stabbing hit* brother, and had no knife in hifi posses&ion.]
