TRIBUTE TO MR. HAYS
RAILWAY CARS WILL STOP DURING MEMORIAL SERVICE. (Received April 23, 10.30 a.m.) MONTREAL, 22nd April. As a tribute to the memory of Mr. C. M. Hays, who was jbst in the wreck of the Tjtandc, every wheel along the line of the Grand Trunk Company of Canada and the United States will cease turning during the course of the memorial service. Deceased was president of the Grand Trunk Railway system.
