ENGLAND'S ENQUIRY
STRONGEST POSSIBLE COURT. (Received April 23, B.SO am.) LONDON, 22nd April. The Hon. Sydney Buxton, President of the Board of Trade, speaking in the House of Commons, said that steps were being taken to constitute the strongest possible court of enquiry into the wreck of the Titanic.
