MUSTERERS AND PACKEKS. fBST TEUSGIUPH— PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. The Arbitration Court has made an award in the Musfcerers and Packers' dispute, fixing wages at £2 5s per week; Sunday work 10s extra. An application for an award for shepherds was dismissed, on the ground that there was no evidence of the desire of shepherds to take part in the farm labourers' dispute. The union applied for permission to cite paities by general advertisement, but the application was refused, on the ground that no reasonable steDS had been taken to cite all persons known to be engaged in farming.
