OUTBREAK AT FEZ.
♦1 QUIET RESTORED. B} Telegraph.— Freis Association. — Copyright. PARIS, 20th April. The French reinforcements from Mekinez, after heavy fighting, captured the rebel positions. Quiet has now been restored. The troops occupied the disturbed area at Fez and rescued the Sul» tan. The troope lost ten men killed. Two forces of the Ait Sussi tribe are marching to help the rebels.
