Tho Short Title of this Bylaw' is "The Wellington Oity Bylaw No. 15 (Water), 1912." Tha objects and purport of Buon," Bylaw aro:— ■ ' To repeal clause 578 of, the Wellington City Bylaw No. 1, 1908, relating to tho charges for extraordinary water supply, and form 3 in tho Second Schedule to part VII. of the same Bylaw, being tho form of the agreement entered into by tho consumers of extraordinary supply, and to substitute in lieu of tho said clause 578 now provisions relating to the charges for extraordinary supply, and 'to substitute in' lieu of the repealed form of agreement a new form of agreement. And notice is hereby further given that tho said Resolution will be submitted tor cmifinnaiicn at the Ordinary Meeting of tho ' Wellington City Counoil to bo held on THUBSDAY, the 2nd MAY, 1912, at tho Council Chamber.
