TO THE BDITOII. Sir,-- 1 read with enthusiasm in last night's Pout thtit tho Government had decided to mmd a squad of Senior Cadets to Canada. Now 1 intend doing m.T level b6st to be one of the twenty, -and, so far us I can sec the conditions aro in my favour, except one, which says, "must liavo been an efficient Cadet from the ago of fourteen." Surely this does not moan that a Cadet must have- bovvetl continuously from the ago of fourteen when only alwut twolra months havo elapsed ejneo tho registration look place? It such is tho case I fail to f-ee- whom working boys havo a ohanco.
