SILVERSTREAM LAND CASE
The hearing of argument in the Silverstream land case, in which fraud was alleged, was commenced before Mr. Justice Sim yesterday. The parties were: — F. H. Pitcher, builder, Mary Ann Pitcher, M. W. Anderson, widow, and A. Cli-ay, holicilor. plaintiffs, and W. C. A. Dimock. bacon enrer, A. J. M'Tavieh, aiul W. E. Redstone, land agenta, defendants. Mr. 0. 15. Morison appealed for plaintiffs, ami Kir John Findlav, K.C., with him My. 1\ F.. Ward, for defendants. Mr. Morisou moved for judgment, and Sir John Findlay argued certain non-suit points. His Honour reserved judgment.
