N.Z. LOAN AND M.A., LTD.
AUCKLAND, 12th 'April. The time for receipt of proxies for the meeting of shareholders in the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile' Agency, Ltd., on 18th April, at London, to consider the scheme of reorganising thfc capital of the company, expired this morning. Out of the 88,000 shares held in Auckland, proxies representing between 74,000 and 75,000 have been re ceived, while the response throughout the Dominion has been very gratifying.
