WRECKAGE FOUND.
FATE OF A FISHING SMACK. AUCKLAND, 10th April. Advice vra6 received by tha Collector of Cuatomb to-day that porticm of a. vadit or falling boat, comprising tin
transom, bearing the name "Edna, Auckland," had been washed ashore at Tryphena, Great Barrier. Tho wreckage in all probability io from tho fishing smack Edna, which ha» been engaged in the fishing trade for some months. She is owned by Mr. Galla-gher, of Parnell, who left early on Monday morning for Great Barrkr to follow hit* usual occupation, and has not been heard of biuce. The weather in the gulf has been boisterous lately, and possibly the . little craft was blown asnoro and Avcnt to piecea.
