ENGINE DRIVER KILLED.

CRUSHED BY A CRANE. [JJI XELEGEAPH — PBESS ASSOCIATION.] HAMILTON, This Day. A sad accident occurred at Frankton engine-sheds at two o'clock this morning, whereby an acting-driver named George Joseph France, aged 29, lost his* life. He was coaling up prior to running into the sheds, and -was working a pnumatio crane. When lifting the load the crane capsized, pinning France underneath, and crushing him terribly. Death was instantaneous. Deceased leaves a young widow and a child.
