Meesre. J. H. Bethuno and Co. are hold* ing a property auction on Friday, at 2.30 p.m., at their rooms. They are then submitting a freehold property in Yorkstreet, having 38ift frontage by a depth, of 51ft, at present unoccupied, and leasehold property adjoining, having the same area, with two story brick building lately occupied by Meebrs." Alcock and Co., LW. The leatse expires in 1917, and the building is described as suitable for any class of manufacturing business. At the same time they are submitting a property in Roxburgh-street, comprising freehold laud having a." frontage of 341t by a maximum depth (irregular) of 98ft, with eeven-roomed house thereon, No. 50, having bathroom, scullery, etc. This property is situated near the Courtenayr place tram section. A building site at Thorby's Farm, Northland (nean the tunnel), will also be offered. This has a frontage of 42ft lin to Thorby-street by a depth of 126 ft. Messrs. Harcourfc and Co. will sell by public auction at their rooms, Lambtonquay, on Monday, 22nd April, at 2.30 p.m., the property known as No. 8, Pop-lar-grov.B (off Tinakori-road). The house comprises five xoomß with bathroom, washhouse, etc. * Metsrs. A. L. Wilson and Co. will hold a clearing sale of furniture without reserve at the White Horse Hotel, Ngahauranga. The sale will be held tomorrow at 1.30 p.m. On Friday at 2 o'clock they will offer at their rooms, 26, 'Urandon-street, a collection of E.P. ware, 200 volumes of books, seventy well-framed pictures. Messs. Brand and Johnston will hold a- fcalo of, household furniture and effects on, the- premises, 26, Wellingtonterrace ('next St. Andrew's Church), tomorrow, Thursday, at 1.30 o'clock, on account of Miss Harper, who is leaving for England. The goods will be on view the morning of sale and arc to be sold without reserve. On Friday, 29th March and Monday Ist April, comniencing at 2 o'clock each day, in their roomsi they will hold a sale of £1.500 worth of jewellery, gold and silver watches, clocks, and diamond "rings. On Tuesday, 2nd April, commencing at 12.30 o'clock, on the premises, No. 14, Mul-grave-street, the firm will sell the contents of ten furnished rooms.
