They are then submitting a freehold property in York-street, having 38£ ft frontage by a depth of 51ft, at present unoccupied, and leasehold property adjoining, having the same area, with two-story brick building, lately occupied by Messrs. Alcock and Co., Ltd. Tho lease expires in 1917, and the building is described as suitable for any olas* of manufacturing business. Wilson and Co. will hold an auction sale of household furniture and piano at their rooms, 26, Brandon-street, on Wednesday next at 1.30 p.m. The contents of seven rooms will be submitted. On Friday, also at their rooms, commencing at 2 o'clock, they will offer a traveller's collection of samples of E.P. ware of all descriptions ; also a collection of books and pictures. The same firm will hold a sale of several properties at 12 o'clock on Wednesday. Messrs. Harcourt and Co. will sell by public auction, at their rooms. Lambtonquay, on Monday, 22nd April, at 2.30 p.m., by order of the mortgagee, a property known as No. 234, Wellingtonterrace. The house is situated at the top of Wellington-terrace, having beautiful views over the harbour, standing on ground of nearly a. quarter of an acre, with accommodation of about ten rooms. Particulars are advertised in this issue. Messrs. Thompson Bros., Ltd., will sell at the fruit exchange, Blair-street, on Wednesday next, at 1.30, by public auction, under instructions received from the holders of the bill of lading, 100 case 3 pine cubes, l£lb tins ; also a quantity of general merchandise, and one, gentleman's free-wheel bicycle.
