FBI TELEGRAPH — PRESS ASSOCIATION.] GISBORNE, This Day. Whilst tendering the Mokoia last evening during a heavy swell, a lighter carried away her mast and the derrick, which fell overboard. Tho vessel was drifting on to the Tuatea, the Union Company's passenger tender, and the latter went astern to avoid tho impact. Her mast caught in a steel ropo hanging from the Mokoia's derrick and the top Balf of the mast was snapped off.
