—~ * Messrs. J. H. Bethune and Co. announce a property auction to be held at their rooms at 2.30 p.m. to-morrow. Two cottages, Nos. 26 and 28, King-streot, are being submitted. TheßO stand on freehold land, having a frontage of 38ft 4in by, a depth of 81ft 4in. Each cottage contains 3 rooms and scullery, No. 26 also having a workshop. A residential property in Rintoul-streot will be offered. This comprises freehold land having a irontugo of 40ft 7in to Rintoul-strcet by a depth of from 87 to 94£ feet, together with' the reaidenoe of seven rooms, No. 29, thereon. The above property is situated within a few doors of tho corner of Riddifordsfcreet. Under, instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court, the firm will submit a property at tho Lowor Hult.
