■ INQUEST TO BE HELD. [IX TKUBGEAPH— PBISS ASSOCIATION.] AUCKLAND, This Day. Edward Kirby, a prisoner from Mount Eden Gaol, died in the hospital, under circumstances which ,it is considered warrant a coronial enquiry. Kirby was serving a term of seven years' hard labour, and was incarcerated in 1908. -He is said to have suffered from miners' complaint.
