PETONE METHODIST CHURCH.
The quarterly meeting of the Petone Methodist Circuit was held at Wesley Church laGD night, tho Rev. A. J. Seamer presiding. _ The finauciul returns were lnoat satisfactory, there being as usual a small credit balance. Messrs. Wakelin and Lotkwood vera appointed circuit stewards, . and the retiring ofliore received a very hearty vote of thanks. It was decided to hold the, Sunday sohool anniversary on 24th March, the harvest festival^ on 25th February, Wainui harvest festival on 17th Marefi. The nest quarterly meeting was fixed for lot April, and tha Rev. A. J t Seamer ttx be relieved of hi* charge at Peton© on thafr^ate. Mr. T. W. Benier was appointed representative to lonieronce, with Moiwrs. E. A. Dillon, and J. M'Doagali as substitutes.
