INTERVIEW WITH Mfc. HAVELOCK WILSON. . (Received December 22, 10.40 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. ' Mr. Joseph TTavelock Wilson, general secretary of the National Seamen's Union, in an interview here, states that [ the recent great strike had practically broken up the federation of shipowner*, whose attitude had become intolerable. The upheaval would no doubt result in an accession of strength to the Labour Party in the House of Commons.
