Among the passengers by the steamer Mooltan, from Sydney, were Sir William Ruseell and Professor Gilruth (formerly of the New Zealand" Agricultural Department), also members of the New South Wales Totalleator Commission, who are to tour New Zealand and report on tile .working of the machine.
