(o) That the agreement of 13th May, referring to the sale of one thousand shares to Ferguson, should he cancelled, and that defendant should deliver over the six agreement forms referred to in the judgment or, in the alternative, execute an indemnity to plaintiff against any claim that may ariee in respect of any dealings with them on the part of defendant*, and account for the proceeds of sale of any of them (if any) cold.
