The festival in connection' with tho Competitions Society opona at the Town Hall on 25th October next, and will last for tett days. t It is stated that entries ara being received froirt all over the Dominion, and the secretary will be glad if intending competitors will send in their entry forms at once, as the list will close on 25th September. Text books, with entry forms, may be obtained free of charge from the secretary, Mr. James Dykes. / i
