Alfred Tfaeey, charged with theft of carpenter's tools at Johneonvilk in 1908, was further remanded until the SSth inst. Bail was allowed as before. A seaman, on. the ship- AuetraKa named HoA'ia Raphael WM charged with dis obeying the commandg of his captain. It appeared that Raphael had some griev&nca against the mate, and jrefueed to go to work' until it was settled. He, however, informed the coiirt that he was now willing to turn to once mor«.
